Under the Open Government Act (Woo in Dutch), we are required to make our information public, just like all other government agencies. This makes government information easily accessible and transparent. Below, you can read how many Woo requests, complaints, and objections we handled in 2025.
Woo requests
Woo requests can be submitted on our website.
In 2025, we received eight Woo requests:
- We processed one request.
- We forwarded one request to the NAK.
- We forwarded one request to the BKD.
- We did not process five requests as such because they did not meet the Woo criteria. The questions were, however, addressed with the relevant parties.
Complaints & objections
Sometimes matters are not resolved satisfactorily. Naktuinbouw has a complaints procedure for this, which can be found here.
As required by the Dutch General Administrative Law Act (chapter 9), an overview of complaints handling in 2025 is shown below.

This overview does not list objections received by Naktuinbouw concerning statutory regulations or fees that are a direct result of the law. In 2025, this concerned a single objection.
