New application form for variety listing and plant breeders’ rights

A new version of the application form for variety listing and the granting of plant breeders’ rights in the Netherlands will be introduced June 30.
Submit applications more easily
The CPVO and the Board for Plant Varieties (Raad voor plantenrassen) have jointly developed a harmonized application form. With this new form, we aim to make it easier for you, as an applicant, to submit applications to the CPVO or the Board for Plant Varieties.
The harmonized application form will be available from 30 June in the CPVO online application system and can also be consulted on the website of the Board for Plant Varieties.
An explanatory note on the application form will also be available there.
