Naktuinbouw takes the next step in digitalisation: certificates available digitally as standard

From 1 January 2027, Naktuinbouw will no longer provide printed certificates free of charge. With this change, we are taking another step in the further digitalisation of our services while contributing to a more sustainable way of working.

By making certificates available digitally, they can be accessed more quickly and are easier to retrieve. It also reduces paper use, in line with our ambition to make our processes more efficient and environmentally friendly.

From 1 January 2027, customers will therefore no longer automatically receive certificates by post. Do you still require a paper copy? From 1 January 2027, a fee of €25 per certificate will apply.

For certificates where export regulations require an original signature and a wet-ink stamp, the current procedure will remain unchanged. ISTA certificates are also excluded from this change.
