A vegetable variety that is solely intended for marketing to so-called third countries (non EU member states), does not need to be registered for inclusion in the EU common catalogue.

About the variety test

Instead, the variety in question can be included in Naktuinbouw's internal list. Inclusion on the internal Naktuinbouw list is for a period of five years. Renewal is possible with periods of five years.

Application

Use the application form internal list. Also a Technical Questionnaire (TQ) of the variety is obliged as well as a sample of the application.
