New crops DUS testing

News publication date: 19 February 2018

Naktuinbouw has been assigned by the CPVO to carry out 130 extra crops for the DUS tests (Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability) for Plant Breeders' Rights applications in the EU.

This is due to the Brexit, as a result of which the United Kingdom and the EU no longer accept each other's reports for DUS testing. The CPVO (Community Plant Variety Office) redistributed the crops that were only tested in UK.

Here you will find the complete list of crops per examination office.
